This is a 4-week program that comes to you!  It doesn’t matter where you live, you can be part of this team! This program is just like my NYC program – we’ll have a video conference call each week and stay connected on a Facebook private group page. Each week we go over meditation, mindset, nutrition, recovery and, of course, the workout program.  Don’t worry if you have to miss the call for any reason, each call is recorded and available for the remainder of the program.  To complete the workouts, you will either need access to a gym or a few weights and resistance bands at home.
